We are a family owned and operated company with college trained technicians. We have a passion for understanding the mechanical systems that bring us comfort. We have seen allot of construction throughout the Midwest and Pacific and understand the climates and communities we work with. We try to work with as many other contractors across the country to provide timely installs for any client.
Some of our notable projects include large homes using multiple heating and cooling sources with ventilation systems, heat exchanges, oxygen systems, Geo thermal, in floor radiant.
We also pride ourselves in several off grid homes with extensive energy requirements, forest fire protection systems, and our ability to get any equipment to any location.

I'm Jeremiah Matousek, owner of TotalBuild Mechanical LLC.
I grew up in Colorado and come from a Colorado pioneer family. From an early age, I was drawn to how things work—whether it was vehicles, machinery, heating systems, refrigeration equipment, or building systems. That passion led me into the HVAC and mechanical trades, where I earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in HVAC/R and obtained industry certifications including EPA Section 608.
Over the years, I've worked on residential and commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, gas-fired appliances, ventilation systems, controls, duct systems, and mechanical equipment. My experience includes service, installation, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, duct cleaning, startups, and system commissioning.
I founded TotalBuild Mechanical with a simple goal: provide honest, technically sound work without the high-pressure sales tactics often found in the industry. Whether it's a simple repair, a complex diagnostic issue, a mini-split installation, new construction startup, or a full mechanical system evaluation, I believe customers deserve clear communication, quality workmanship, and solutions that fit their needs.
Today, TotalBuild Mechanical proudly serves homeowners, property managers, builders, and businesses throughout the High Rockies and surrounding regions.
